At BSK, we cook five days a week, so you don't have to. We do things the old-fashioned way, always using the best fresh ingredients we can find, and we always start from scratch. Our chef, Julie Grimes, creates a new menu every week, reimagining tried-and-true comfort foods with modern and terrifically tasty twists, elevating simple ingredients to delicious new heights. 
Here's how it works. We keep a few staple dishes on hand all week and create a seasonal special each day. See our current menu by clicking HERE. Or click here to join our mail list and get a note from the chef along with a copy of the latest menu delivered straight to your in-box once a week. But the best way to find out what's cookin' is to come by and see us, since we almost always create a surprise special dish or two.

Where has this year gone? School is all but over. My son turns 13 this week! And many of you have children graduating from high school and/or college! Who has time to cook? We do. At BSK, we cook, so you don't have to! 

If we can whip up something special to help with your graduation parties or showers, by all means, please call: 290.5007. And you know we always have dinner covered.

Before we get to the menu, I want to share some exciting news:

2. Look for us on facebook too: facebook.com/blacksheepbham. We post as often as we can with photos of "What's Cookin'."  If you stop by the page, please give us a little LIKE, and comments are always helpful.  We love to hear from you.

3. Believe it or not, June will be our 6th month in business. So the most important bit is a HUGE thanks to all of you, our BSK supporters.  Thank you, thank you! It sure has been fun.

STAPLES:
 
Panko-Parm Crusted Chicken Breasts (in so many tasty combinations. prices depend on dishes)
Meatloaf: small: $15.50; Large: $32
BSK Chicken Caesar: $12
Stuffed Zucchini: $5.50 per serving
Lemony Chicken & Broccoli Almondine (Tues - Sat)
Small: $12.50; 8 x 8-inch: $24
Lots of fresh veggies & all of the regular salads for sides


Monday Special:

Caprese Grilled Chicken: $6.50 per serving
*MEAL DEAL: 4 servings + Grilled Corn Pasta Salad and Cucumber Buttermilk Soup: $34.50 (Meal Deals will be available after 2:00 p.m.) 

Tuesday Special:
Zucchini Lasagna with Turkey & Marinara 
Small: $16 ; Large: $31.50 
*MEAL DEAL: Add small Spring Greens Salad & Garlic-Parm Toasted Baguette (to serve 4) for just $7.50

Wednesday Special:
Garlicky Grilled Steak with Pickled Red Onions & Bacon-Cheddar Potato Salad
Serves 2: $20*; Serves 4: $39**

Thursday Special:
BBQ Salmon with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes: $8.50 per serving
